Self Reliance Riverview South Group Homes, LLC operates state-licensed facilities in Portsmouth, Ohio. These facilities work in collaboration with statewide Children Service Agencies to offer a safe living environment for children placed in the foster care system. Self-Reliance Group Homes currently has four group homes and has plans to open a fifth group home in December 2023 along with a residential facility in the spring of 2024 designed to accommodate 14 youth ages 12-18. Self Reliance not only provides a safe environment but also offers comprehensive services to the youth, including Mental and Behavioral Health Services, as well as Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Services. They also offer daily living and life skills programs to help the children develop essential life skills.
